THE BRIEF/
We were assigned by internal communication department of NAYARA Energy to create a memento-vignette book highlighting the leadership of Mr. Manoharan during his tenure since 2008.
STRATEGY/
To understand Mr. Manoharan and create a memorable vignette book, we got in touch with the colleagues who worked with him and stakeholders of different projects. We documented everyone’s thoughts, took their testimonials, and tried to bring out their stories and experiences of working with Mr. Manoharan. As the stories poured in, we started visualising Mr. Manoharan, as he joined Nayara Energy Limited in 2008 as the Head of Refinery. We put all the information together as a storybook showing how Mr. Manoharan was a true leader. Throughout the project, their internal communication team was proactive in helping us finalize the book and ensure timely approvals.
